So here I am, back from the dead yet again. This time, though, I had a viable excuse, as my laptop’s hard drive was lagging and freezing on and on again as it neared the end of its life cycle. What ensued was a harrowing adventure, in which I found myself having to first acquire an SSD, then acquire the various widgets with which to insert said SSD, then get yet more tools when I found that the ones I had were inadequate, and then, if that wasn’t enough, get an electric drill when, so close to finally removing the HDD, I had to deal with one errant, stripped screw.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I had to unassemble and reassemble my own laptop for the first time. I’m honestly more proud of that fact than I thought I would be.

Anyway, I have a few things coming down the pipeline, including:

• Thoughts on various RPG ideas that have been swimming in my head for a while
• More honest-to-god fiction, hopefully, maybe
• A lot more personal thoughts and observations of the world around me…because dammit, this is my blog and I get to use it as a soapbox if I want to.
• A few 40k games that I honestly never got around to posting batreps of. Granted, since those battles have been fought, a lot of points have been readjusted and the entire system of secondary objectives has been reworked, because nothing can ever be simple, but….oh well.
• More model pictures…maybe? You may have guessed by now that I’m a bit shy when it comes to posting pictures of my stuff

Either way I have a few things I’m hoping to post later in the week, so stay tuned.
